Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shankar is an British and American sitar player. She also plays music. She was the first woman in her age group to be a member of the British House of Commons Staff. Anoushka Sitar Shankar is one of the Indian young sitar artist. She is the student and daughter of Ravi Shankar. Born in London in 1982 and spent her early years shuttling from London and New Delhi. In New Delhi, she made her debut at just thirteen years of age. At the age of 13, she finished her high school education at Encinitas CA.
